Love that you guys have a kids space now! Made the wait much easier for us. The reason I cant recommend this dealer to a friend is because I think your employees should be treated better and paid more fairly.

sales not enthused
two different salespeople at different times, neither one acted enthused and neither one asked if they could find a ram 3500 at a different dealership. I know there were 2018 rams at several dealerships including their own lithia stores. I did most of research of the questions i asked. Not pleased with lack of trying to make a deal on any vehicle except what was on there lot, which was one larimie 3500. I had my 2014 ram in for service recall and I would give service a 5 star, this time and the 10 or so other times for recalls and service.

They lie
I bought a 2017 Subaru sti from this place and was happy with the experience at first they told me if anything is wrong with the car in the first 60 days or 3000 miles they will take care of it I notice that it had a vibration while at highway speeds so I took it in they said my wheels just need to be rebalance then it was worse after that I finally took it to les shawbs and they told me I had a bent wheel I returned to the dealer still under my 60 day 3000 mile time frame and they took it for a drive told me it's not bad I told them that it hasn't been 60 days or 3000 miles it needs to be fixed they told me the would call me in a couple of days after they had a chance to talk to sales and I haven't heard back I've called 3 or 4 times left messages and no one will call me back this place is a joke they dont hold up their end of the bargain at all if you buy from them better hope nothing is wrong with whatever you buy because they wont fix it they'll tell you they will when your buying the car but once something comes up they'll drag their feet until they are no longer in the 60 day 3000 mile time frame it's a total scam

Amazing Customer Service
I was having very suddenly having issues with my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and when I was able to get it towed in to your dealership I talked with Julie. Julie was amazing and I explained I was from Canada ad needed to go back the next day. Unfortunately the issues with my Jeep was a pretty serious transmission issue so that wasn't happening. Julie called me the next morning and explained the issue very well. She also said they had to order a part and she had overnighted it. The part arrived the next day and I was able to leave that evening to head back to Canada. I have extended warranty thank god or I don't know what this may have cost me! I will always bring my Jeep here for any of my needs once I move to Spokane in the very near future! Thank-You so much for your amazing service! Julie and your team were truly lifesavers! Great 1500 from Lithia
Enjoyable purchase experience. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was very pleasant. Not a fan of car buying, but these folks are all very nice.

Excellent Service Dept.
Julie was our service rep. Professional, friendly and attentive to our needs. Our vehicle was repaired and completed in the exact amount of time she said it would be. When our vehicle was done Julie escorted us to our car. All service reps. were friendly and courteous. We will continue to have our Pacifica serviced by Lithia Service Dept.
