Julie worked hard to get my car repaired and was very professional and courteous. She made sure all my questions were answered and addressed efficiently.

Jeff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the Jeep Renegade. He was understanding of our personal situation and very supportive. A very nice young man with good manners.

Though the staff etc are wonderful I am still waiting for my car to be fixed bringing it in again next week. We shall see.

Buying this car was a very smooth process. Our Salesman, Justin, was very approachable, friendly, honest, answered all our questions, went through aspects of the vehicle in detail and was not pushy. I felt like he listened to my concerns and our needs. Mr. Charbonneau in finance was efficient yet thorough with all of the paperwork. Called dealership service department one day got an appointment for following day, showed up they serviced my vehicle and had me back on the road in no time at all.

Sage Caldwell sales rep was excellent, but manager pushy and rude. Acted like I was taking time away from more important things they could be doing. Not even sure who they were they were in such a hurry to get to something else.

I have had no problems with my previous vehicle or my present one and your service department. They have taken care of any problems I have had , more than adequately. Service has been excellent. I haven't bought a new or used vehicle from Lithia so I can't say much about sales.
