Service worth coming home for...
I have been a loyal customer of Lithia of Spokane for 8 years. I started working down in the Tri-Cities in November and it has been very difficult for me, as a surgeon to drop off my vehicle all day or longer for service. I tried to make an appointment and get an estimate for my 90,000 mile service at Kennewick Lithia and they informed me that I had to make the appointment at least a week in advance and gave me an estimate/quote of more than $2,500.for that service.. I was able to get some time off this last weekend and I took the truck to Lithia of Spokane on Saturday.Not only was Isaiah Krug abletoworkme in that day,but he was also able to have all of the services completed that day, as well as installation of new brakes and the entire cost of the full service with the brakes, was $600 less than the quote that I received down south. I shall remain a loyal and trusting customer Lithia of Spokane and I will happily return home for services again for as long as I own my truck.Thank you Isaiah Krug! .

Isiah is the best!
Isaiah is always so friendly and helpful. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to explain things to me if I need clarification. He treats me like family and I appreciate that. It makes me not mind waiting for my vehicles to have their service. I appreciate that the drink machine is affordable and easily accessible. My vehicles usually get right in and are completed in the time that I was given as an estimate for the repairs. If it is going to be longer than expected, Isiah lets me know with status updates. We bring both our RAM and our Durango here for their service & repairs. I would, and have, recommended Isaiah to family & friends in the area.

Exceptional experience
What a great team! They made purchasing my Jeep Wrangler fun, quick, and easy. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Eric made sure we knew everything about our new vehicle and then called to see if we had additional questions. The finance office made certain we received the best rate available. We traveled all the way from Boise and we’d do it again.

Had 205000 miles on previous vehicle owed over 5000. Most banks wouldn't work with me to get into a new car. Due to high rebates on there vehicles and finance deparment efforts i was able to get into a new 2018 vehicle.

They’ll literally lie to your face
Every time I have left this dealership feeling stupid and unheard due to being treated like some dumb girl. Do not go here unless you have someone with you that the employee will take seriously (like a man). When I test drove a car I was interested in purchasing, I immediately noticed the breaks grinding. Rather loudly. I said something to my salesman and he said he “could not hear anything”. The next stoplight I came to, it did it again. He still insisted on not hearing anything. We got back to the dealership and I was assured they would have the breaks checked, changed, and whatever else was needed to get the grinding to go away before officially picking up the car if I purchased it. So I did, not realizing exactly what was going on. I took the verbal (and text) confirmation that the breaks and grinding would be handled as a green light to sign the “as is” agreement before hearing that they were in fact fixed. This is completely my bad, but I honestly trusted the word of the salesman which was a huge mistake. I picked the car up a few days after signing paperwork, again confirmed the breaks were good, drove off and IMMEDIATLY heard the grinding. I have returned several times and left several messages trying to get someone to take the matter seriously and no one has called back. Two months later, and the break light is coming in while I am driving, with the break fluid already at the minimum level. This is an indication that the breaks are using too much fluid and need replaced. I have never in my life had to put break fluid in any vehicle two months after purchase. Moral of the review, I was assured the breaks were safe and in good condition several times and was completely lied to. Do not go to Lithia unless if your in your 20’s, female, and alone. Nothing you say will be taken seriously even if you clearly know what you’re talking about.
