Terrible Service Experience
Absolutely awful service department. We took my 7-year-old son's 2014 Dodge Caravan wheelchair van (50,000 miles on it) here after it started leaking both motor oil and red fluid. Wasted 90 dollars to have them deny it was even leaking. Lost more fluid, brought back again, charged another $150 to say "oops yes there is a leak." Had to order a part, meanwhile we continued driving the van because it is the only method of transport for my son. Just before the third appointment, the check engine light comes on and it starts having trouble shifting into higher gears. I'm relieved to bring it to the appointment, assuming they will address this light and potential transmission issue, seeing as it took multiple visits to even get any diagnosis and the light may be very well related to the leak that has been going on so long... NOPE... all they focus on is putting that one part in, and are "willing" to check for leaks again, as if it's something extra. I was told it's another $130 to run the code for the check engine light, and highly discouraged to even have them look at it. No addressing the transmission at all, even though it's under warranty. I tried to ask questions about the possibility of the engine light's relationship to the original leaking and got nowhere. Not only did I waste money because they couldn't manage to even find the leak for 2 visits, but they don't care at all to make sure the problems are solved now. If it weren't for the van being under warranty I would never, ever take it here, and I sure won't be taking it to this particular dealership again. It is upsetting enough to have to get the van into the dealership for day, let alone multiple times, and then to have my questions dismissed. If you are too busy and inexperienced to handle a vehicle, it would be much better to be upfront and refer to another dealership that does have the time and skill to help.

I had been looking for a specific style of truck, found it out Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Spokane Newport Hwy. Made arrangements to see the truck by John Berger did a great job showing me the truck and another one similar, all though i hesitated being the kind of shopper I am, I called up John next morning to make the deal... came in end of the day and was greeted and ready to do business with you all. Thanks for you assistance and getting me out the door with my truck

Excellent sales and finance!
John Berger in sales and Christian in finance were absolutely great. John understood what I was looking for and didn’t push or pressure me into the purchase. He also didn’t try to “up-sell” me into a higher-end model. He helped me get exactly what I wanted at a great price. Christian aped is through the finance process and explained everything to us quickly and efficiently. Well done!

No longer trust them
On Sept 26th, 2017, I called Lithia to see if they could do a servicing on my 2012 Jeep. The service person said sure - bring it in. Then I arrived and was told by the Service Advisor that they don't do drop-ins so I had to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon (that resulted in an hour travel time wasted). I arrived for the appointment and asked specifically to have the battery checked since it had died on me the previous couple of days. He assured me it would be. I waited the 1.25 hours for the servicing to be completed, and was told the battery and vehicle checked out "perfectly", which was confirmed on the service person's check-off form. The next morning the battery was again dead and needed to be boosted each time we stopped (5 times) as I ran errands. I called AAA who sent out their battery service truck. AAA tested the battery and confirmed it was dead and bad, and then installed a new battery and checked the charging system which is operating excellently. Therefore, the service people at Lithia of Spokane either, 1) have faulty equipment for testing batteries, 2) the service person did not know how to properly test for a bad battery, or 3) the service person lied that the battery was good when it absolutely wasn't. In any of these cases I can no longer trust them to give me accurate information on my Jeep or the servicing they do. Additionally, I went to the Lithia website and attempted to submit this review and ran into a link problem which would not allow me to complete the review. After another 2+ hours going back and forth with the online trouble-shooter it was determined there was a problem with the link on Lithia's website, and they gave me another link to complete the review submission as well as assuring me the link would be fixed. I'm not a happy camper!!!

Darren Collins was the salesman that helped me select my new car. He was very professional and polite. Originally, I was looking for a used car, which Darren showed me. He then asked if I was interested looking at new vehicles since they were in the same price range. I found a vehicle that was just what I wanted. I was very happy with my experience with Darren.
