I had my 2016 ram in for service at Lithia of Spokane. The service advisor was very pleasant, the service was performed in a very reasonable amount of time, the waiting area was clean, that adds up to a very pleasant experience.

Took my suv in for a recall ... they lost my chipped key and gave me other people's paperwork which included the other persons address, phone number, car make model and vin number. I will not be going back there and would not recommend anyone going there unless you want your keys to be lost and your identity and personal info to be given out to strangers.

As a small business owner, I need great service and a quick turn around in order to stay in business. They got my truck in and found the part and had it delevired overnight. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend these guys. I will give them first shot next time I am purchasing a new work truck. Thanks for all you do.

The one suggestion I would have for them is to streamline the payment process for repairs. Having to wait in line with customers scheduling service took me over 15 minutes. Parking is also limited but I understand an expansion is coming soon. Alan
