"Front wheel alignment and oil change"
Staff is knowlegeable and friendly. Had to comeback twice to recheck wheel alignment. I would like one more alignment check since I still get a little vibration in the steering wheel. There was a problem with uneven front tire wear after the initial alignment. Scott Kovalevsky and Max Taylor showed a genuine concern with my problem.

Always get good service.
I was told by a tire store that I needed rear brakes, when I took the car in to have the oil changed I asked for an estimate to have the rear brake job, they said that I don't need them yet.

2017 dodge laramie crew cab 4x4 lithia Spokane WA
Passing through Spokane, WA from ND on the way to B.C. for Christmas. Purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie crew cab. The sales man that helped us Christian and Derek were excellent and so, johnny on the spot. Emilly in the finance depart was very excellent to work with. My family and I where treated so, very well. We haved purchased several vehicles over the years for personnel and business use. This dealership has performed above and beyond any other dealership in customer service. Purchase of Dodge Caravan
The customer treament by the Lithia salesmen was top notch. My wife and I looked at the minivans, took a test drive and drove out with a new Caravan, all within a couple of hours. Believe me, other cars we have bought have taken twice as long! Only thing I can comment on was the limited selection of minivans new or used. My wife was looking for a blue Caravan. There was only one new Caravan and 3 or 4 low mileage used vans. All the new Caravans seemed to be "in transit", except the one White one that we bought. I am not sure what "in transit" means? I was not able to jump up to the extra cost of the Pacifica, even though there was only about 6 Pacificas and no blue ones in the bunch. In any case, my wife seemed happy with the white Caravan, even though she had her heart set on a blue one.

Recall repair
My recall repair took most of the day. I was given a service loaner which was covered with several inches of snow. My service advisor came out and brushed all the snow off the car and made sure everything was in order. Thank you for the excellent service.
