Customer friendly
We stopped in to have a headlight bulb replaced as the dealership is closer than our regular one and the winter weather precluded making a longer trip. Jason was very friendly and worked to get us back on the road as quickly as possible.

Another great experience at Lithia
My family and I live in WA State and have been loyal Lithia customers for about 10 years now. Our local dealer is in Kennewick, WA and this was my first stop when I was looking for a new RAM pickup truck in January 2017. I was actually looking for a 2016 year since this is the time when dealerships like to clear out their previous year's inventory. I did not find exactly what I was looking for so I continued my search and discovered this Lithia dealership in Spokane. I quickly discovered they had the truck I was interested in, a 2016 RAM 1500 Big Horn. I placed an inquiry online and was contacted shorty after via email by one of their sales team, John Berger. The next day, I called John to see if him and I could work out a deal over the phone. John was very receptive and answered all my questions promptly. After a few back and forth calls (he had to check with his manager to confirm our negotiations), we arrived at a price I was comfortable with. I made an appointment with John the next day to head up to Spokane and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived the next morning, John was expecting me and within a few minutes, he had the truck pulled around and him and I went on a short test drive. John was very familiar with the features of the truck and made sure I knew about all the bells and whistles. Once we got back to the dealership, the paperwork process was quick and painless. I cannot remember the name of the financial representative I spoke with, but he was quick and efficient and did not try to sell me a bunch of add-ons. All told, I was there about an hr. John even had the service department wash and detail the vehicle and install the floor mats while I was completing the paperwork. I have had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and I love it. If you are looking for a new vehicle, definitely keep these guys or any Lithia dealership in mind.

"Front wheel alignment and oil change"
Staff is knowlegeable and friendly. Had to comeback twice to recheck wheel alignment. I would like one more alignment check since I still get a little vibration in the steering wheel. There was a problem with uneven front tire wear after the initial alignment. Scott Kovalevsky and Max Taylor showed a genuine concern with my problem.

I was told by a tire store that I needed rear brakes, when I took the car in to have the oil changed I asked for an estimate to have the rear brake job, they said that I don't need them yet.
