No gimmicks, Price on line was honored without further mark ups. Everybody at the dealership did there job efficiently. A little bit of a wait with salesman talking with sales manager, about 10 minutes. Salesman took time to go over features and electronics, U connect system and explained how it worked as well as the accessory features upon delivery of vehicle.

Customer area really can be improved. It is very sparse and can be better with more choices for reading.

I came to Spokane to look at a truck at another Dealer and did not go well. I had looked at the Lithia web site and remembered a couple of trucks the had looked in the my price range. First one was not for me and they had showed me another truck more money but was what I was looking for interior and exterior. The staff was very nice and we joked around some even with the final closing boss. They had all the papers filled out prior to seeing here. And yes still a lot of paper to sign.

I went in for an oil change. My appointment was at 10:30 but I had to drop it off earlier. The service was done in an hour. Quickest service I've had here since I bought the vehicle. Although I don't think an oil change should not take an hour.

I had a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie in perfect condition that I traded in for a new 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. I've been a Ford Truck guy since I started driving in 1972. In 2013 purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie and I can't say enough good about the Ram brand and likely will never go back to Ford. This time, I shopped around at three different Ram deals and decided on Lithia of North Spokane. My sales representative was Sage Caldwell and she was simple outstanding. I like the low pressure approach since I'm a bottom line type and Sage did a good job of reading my style and adapted quickly. I'd also like to mention Emily in the finance group, she was wonderful to work with throughout that part of the transaction too.
