I was really pleased until the other day when I noticed my halo lights were unplugged and not replugged back in now I have to find someone to do this

Saw the Toyota was in the lot. Was greeted right away. Have never shopped for a vehicle at Lithia. The experience was great and I would consider coming back when looking for another vehicle.

I only gave a 4 stars because I think they could have done a better job at removing the smoke smell from the car we purchased but they were great about getting us in and trying to resolve it with Air fresheners. But I had a wonderful buying experience!

DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. We bought a 2017 RAV4 from them; one good thing was that they allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check it out. After that, one of the salesmen lied to me--telling me that the caked-on mud by the back wheels was due to "driving through mud-puddle out back" (on a day when it hadn't rained in 10 days), the second salesman was decent and straight, but after that it was shoddy attention to detail. The final detail DID NOT clean the car thoroughly, when they replaced the windshield (which they DID agree to in the final sales agreement) it was done so in a way that the console behind the rear-view mirror keeps falling off. AND, when I went to have the windshield replaced, at least half of the staff walked around the dealership unmasked, in what appeared to be a cavalier treatment of a public health crisis. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH.

I needed a oil change and they were able to get me in on a day that worked for me with an appointment first thing in the morning so I could make it to work by 815. Went great & friendly service.

I think that the service team should look at lights and...
I think that the service team should look at lights and wipers when someone comes in for an oil change. Expecting the customer to tell them what needs doing is a disservice. All they would need to do is look at the lights to see if they are working and run the wipers to see how they are doing. Then they would just need to call and see if the customer wanted it taken care of. Even Jiffy Lube does this. Instead I had to make a second appointment to take care of these issues. The service department was quick at check in and the service performed was good.
