They did the recall fix, however the engine is still not...

They did the recall fix, however the engine is still not right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts. The problem is not the transmission, it's in the engine I'm pretty sure. It is still cutting out as I drive. When it fully seizes I will bring it back I guess.

Did not clear the oil change due code and did not reset air pressure from front to rear which set off a notice on my dash.

I simply could not get anyone to pick up a phone or...

I simply could not get anyone to pick up a phone or return a phone call. I would call 3-4 times per day and would listen to it ring and ring; rarely anyone would pick up. So when I would give up and leave a message, I could never get someone to call me back. Both frustrating and unacceptable.
