This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer. Both other times I purchased from a private owner. Quite honestly, I tend to be mistrustful in general and was not excited about the prospect of going through a dealer to purchase a car. I had spoken to many dealers, but in the end Exit5 was the one I had a good experience with, and the one I chose to purchase from. Here's why. What stood out to me about Exit5 Auto was Rudy, one of the partners. He took my first call at about 8pm on a weekday evening sitting at his kitchen table which immediately impressed me. This began a series of outstanding communications. Rudy's communication style is polite, friendly, and open. He is very professional but also engaging. He stayed true to his word, was very knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. He gave thorough answers to my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. He helped create a really great experience. I continued to be impressed by other things as well. I was able to: test drive the car, make suggestions on repairs, make my own choices, negotiate, and bring my own mechanic to look the car over (including putting it up on their lift). Also, even though for some reason the floor mats were missing, Rudy provided me with some as soon as I mentioned it, which I picked up a few days later. I am very pleased with the car that I purchased and would recommend this dealership to others. Of all the good things about this experience, I appreciate most Rudy's consistent and excellent follow up communication. I both particularly recommend Rudy and commend him for a job well done.

My old minivan broke down a couple weeks ago. That day I started looking for a new car that was affordable and had good gas mileage. Exit 5 auto group is right down the road so I decided to check it out. They had a great selection with many different options. I was greeted by salesman Rudy Caiazza. He was extremely friendly and very willing to answer any of my questions and let me see a beautiful 2011 Toyota Prius they had. I loved the car and they were selling it for a great price. I bought it within the next couple days. They made the process very easy and offered lots of great services. I highly recommend them! They are fast, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We just bought a car from this dealership and are very pleased with the service and help that we received from Rudy. We were out of state purchasers and were a little apprehensive about buying sight unseen, but Rudy made himself available to us at all times with the many questions that we had. As a result, we have a beautiful Mustang Roush stage 3 convertible that we absolutely love as do our friends in the car club that we are in! We have gotten a lot of great comments on the car. Exit 5 is in my backyard almost literally- it wasn't hard to notice the clean inventory on his lot every day I drove by. I was looking for a reasonably priced used car and found exactly what I wanted. I dealt with Rudy and he could not have been more accommodating. The car was immaculate and ready for pick up the day it was promised. It was literally one if the smoothest transactions I've ever had. I received a phone call a few days later from Rudy checking on the car and making sure I was still happy and all was well. Nice touch! And certainly not common anymore.

In searching online for another small, used SUV and not being able to decide what I really wanted, I noticed a RAV4 at Exit5 Auto and on a whim went to see it. I found a lot full of diverse and clean selections in addition to the RAV4, a pleasant and non-pressuring salesman in Rudy C. the owner and the unexpected treat of a showroom filled with pristine classic cars for purchase. I could only marvel at the classics, but after test driving the RAV4 I knew I would be very happy with it. Rudy was patient and......informative....through the dealing process. When picking up our car a few days later, we noticed a small underbody section was bent, but Rudy had a mechanic come right out and straighten it, who also hurried back in a brought out some paint to address the unintended and unavoidable scrape and scratching. I thought a nice touch. I didn't have to whine, beg or threaten, the matter was promptly, professionally dealt with.
