Exit5 Auto Group

So this is a bit late since I purchased my Mazda back in March, but my opinion of this dealership has not changed. I had been to several (too many) dealerships in the area with varying degrees of aggressive customer service and significant pushing towards a specific vehicle. It was completely overwhelming and incredibly stressful. Finally I came across Exit 5 and couldn't be happier. I liked the style instantly and appreciated that their showroom was adorned with classics. Soon after we pulled in we were greeted by Eric. I had an interest in a Mazda and he answered any other questions I had without making it seem like I would ruin his life if I didn't buy the car. The paperwork process was incredibly easy and stress free. Two days later I happily drove away in my new Mazda and haven't regretted it 4,000 miles later. I can't recommend this place more and highly suggest stopping in if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Was looking for first car/graduation gift for nephew. Tried other dealerships and weren't satisfied with the cars we looked at or the salespeople we dealt with. They were very pushy and aoverly aggressive. The same couldnt be said about Exit 5 Auto. They let us look at the vehicles at our own pace and then helped us when we had questions about various cars. We were helped by Jill and let her know what exactly what we were looking for pricewise and featurewise.She showed us a few fitting our description and we found a 2015 Ford Focus that was perfect for him. Had everything we were looking for at a great price. We purchased the vehicle and surprised him later that day. He was completely speechless when he got it. His reaction was priceless. He named it Amy and now baby's his car. There couldn't be a better vehicle matched for him. Thank you Jill and Exit 5 Auto. I would strongly recommend this dealership for anyone who's looking for the perfect vehicle.

Right from the start, I knew I came to the right place to buy a used vehicle. I found a Tundra that I liked and Rudy showed me all of the service paperwork, the car fax, as well as what Exit 5 Auto Group had done to make sure it was ready to be sold. He allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check out (checked out great). Exit 5 Auto Group gave me a more than fair amount on my trade, we negotiated a price, and Rudy took care of the financing, registration, insurance, etc. All I had to do was come in to pick up the truck! Two days later, I noticed an issue with the driver's door. I brought the truck in - they needed it for the day, so they gave me a loaner car and they had the issue fixed by the end of the day, no charge. Exit 5 Auto Group REALLY took care of everything! If you are looking for a quality used vehicle, a classic car, or have your vehicle serviced, then Exit 5 Auto Group is where you want to go!

I have visited many dealership across 3 states. The customer service experience at Exit 5 was first-class. Rudy was very helpful and very easy to talk with. No pushy salespeople here. I would definitely buy here again the next time I need a vehicle.

Everyone on staff that I interacted with (particularly Eric the salesman and Rudy, one of the owners) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. They had the best quality used cars that I had seen in the area, and their vintage car showroom was so unique. I honestly felt that everyone there was invested in finding the car that was right for me, and not a sale (like I felt at every other dealership I searched at). I would definitely come back here again for a car, though hopefully I won't have need for one for a long while!

I recently purchased a used car and would highly recommend Exit 5 Auto to everyone. After providing my "wish list", the car I test drove met or exceeded all expectations. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed with detailed information. I felt that a great deal of time and effort was given to me during this car purchase by all staff involved in the sale. I even followed up with a service appointment for my other car.

I traded in my 2007 Elantra to Exit 5 and bought a lightly used 2015 Kia Soul. Eric was a very nice and genuine guy to work with. He helped me from step one, which was that I had no idea what I wanted. I sat in and drove several cars with him and I was so happy to find the Kia Soul, it's literally my perfect car! The price, condition, and Milage of the vehicle were both very competitive and I couldn't say no. The facility is clean and friendly! They have a gorgeous shop in the back, where I now plan to service my new Soul. Rudy, the owner, actually offered me $300 more for my old car than a local big box competitor. I was happy to hear they have a warranty with an outside provider to offer their customers with many of their vehicles. I would absolutely suggest Exit 5 to others! Wonderful experience!

This dealer has a very user friendly web-site that they keep very up to date with what is on their lot. I was able to review all their stock and narrow our choices before turning up on the lot. Once on site, it is clear that their stock is meticulously serviced and maintained. The vehicles on the lot are obviously carefully selected rather than a hodge-podge of trade-ins. There are no bad vehicles on the lot. While there, you can stop and see the very impressive assortment of resto-mods in the showroom. Our salesman, Eric, was extremely patient while we narrowed our choices and test drove our several finalists. This is a very low pressure environment. Once we had made a selection the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. Little negotiation was necessary because the pricing was so reasonable at the outset. Our experience was outstanding. We are so happy to have found Exit5 Auto. We will be back for service and future vehicle purchases.

Having years ago spent 15 years working in four different dealerships selling and financing cars, I have to say I was quite surprised with how easy and pleasant it was to do business with Exit 5 Auto Group and Rudy. Not only did they do everything that was promised to get the car ready for us to pick up, but he also held the car for a week while we were on vacation so I would not have to pay for insurance while it was just sitting in the driveway. Then when we discovered upon delivery that there was only one key, Rudy made arrangements with his locksmith to come to our house and make us a spare at our convenience and at no charge. I would without hesitation recommend Exit 5 Auto Group and of course Cars.com as a great way to buy a car. My son raves about his car and I am thrilled because the deal, the service and buying experience could not have been better!!! Thanks Rudy!
