Originally visited Exit 5 Auto for extensive repairs on an older vehicle. Excellent customer service and the experience was great. Was impressed enough with business to return when looking for a used car. Arranged, in advance, to see a particular car, met with Rudy and was able to close the deal and pick up the car a few days later. Very smooth transaction and they continue to have excellent customer service.

Once we decided to buy they were able to turn the sale around in one business day including insurance, plates, and registration. We signed the papers and the car was ready to go. Looking for a highway sedan I came across a 2011 Ford Crown Vic on the Cars.com site. The listing price was fair and the vehicle in good condition upon my arrival.
