Came in a few days ago to test drive a 2014 Dodge Journey, within 36 hours we were driving it home. Rudy made the buying process simple and went above and beyond in helping me with figuring out numbers with my bank. Truly a great experience!! Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle.

Rudy walked me through the purchase process for buying a used Ford Fiesta. The quality of the car was fantastic and Rudy was relaxed and quick to answer my questions. I was trading in two vehicles which is a bit of a handful, but it barely slowed us down. After deciding to make the purchase, I was able to pick up the car a few days later. I had a great experience and would recommend this facility to anyone.

Found a car I wanted to look at on line. Called and spoke to Rudy. I told him I would be up this morning(02/20/17). Took a test drive and really liked the car, a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with low mileage. I received a good trade offer and a fair price for the car. The deal was made and I was able to pick my car up that afternoon at 4:00 pm. I couldn't find an item from my old car and called Rudy right back. He said he would look for it and call me back, which he did, twice. He also said he would look again in the morning and get back to me. Rudy went over and above trying the locate my missing item. I would recommend Exit 5 to everyone.

This is the best experience we've ever had in 50 years buying vehicles. Rudy is a straight shooter who is honest, caring, patient and trustworthy. NO pressure and no nonsense. The vehicles sell themselves. We searched for a used Toyota Tundra and visited dealerships in and out of the area, and got the usual harassment and runaround. This dealer offered the best price, was courteous, respectful and attentive to our desires. He went above and beyond to help us. He encouraged us to take the truck on a long drive and anywhere we wanted to try it out. We were very impressed with the staff and noticed that the building was very neat and clean. It appeared that there was a sense of pride in the dealership. We recommend them to anyone and will return for our next vehicle.

I was in the market to purchase my daughter her first car. We met with Rudy (this was our first dealership visit) and he was great. Rudy suggested taking a test drive of a car that has only been on the lot for a week. After test driving the car, we went home and discussed purchasing. I did not want to miss out on this great little car so I sent an email to Rudy stating we were interested in purchasing and he responded immediately. Two days later the car was ours. My daughter and I were both so excited to have made this purchase and Rudy was so great, he made the buying experience so quick and easy!

Not the "typical" used car dealer. Actually had a good experience. Saw a vehicle in the lot, took it for a test drive (they didn't care where I went, that was up to me), I told them what I wanted for my trade-in, they countered, I countered, and we came to a fair compromise. I was satisfied. Vehicle was delivered same day; clean, inspected, and with new tires that I didn't ask for. I plan on returning for service.

We were in the market for a 'daily driver' because my Jeep is so modified for off-road it is difficult to drive especially in traffic. We would rent a car for long drives because neither the Jeep and Dodge 1500 were practical. We went to Exit 5 because I enjoyed talking to the people on the phone when I provided tech support for their software. Within minutes of arriving, we found our car. A deep blue Mazda 3 and Rudy was there ready to help us. Rudy made the buying process so much easier. He takes the dread out of shopping for a new car. We had a good time talking and working out a deal with Rudy. I love my new car we zip around to the slopes to work to wherever and it uses barely any gas compared to the Jeep and truck. Cannot comment on the service because we haven't brought the car in yet but the people in service are very friendly and helpful. I look forward (no kidding!) to bringing the car in.

I recently found myself in the market for a used Mazda 3 after mine was totaled in an accident.
