Great dealership worth the trip
Best buying experience of my life. Partly because of car supply and demand it was a wonderful no haggle purchase. This dealer does not charge above sticker like you see some dealer are doing. I was able to put $500 down to save a car that they saw was being shipped that happened to be the exact car I was looking for. Fair trade in and Sean B was a great salesman who got me through the buying process quick and easy. Highly recommend this dealer.

Great service!!!
I was called to set up an appointment after viewing a vehicle online. Upon arriving, I was greeted and set up with Leah right away. She gave me options, let me test drive some vehicles and was extremely fast and efficient while doing so. I was there from 1:30 to 5:30 and the time went by so quickly. I never waited longer than 3-4 minutes for a thing! I also left with a brand new vehicle, something that is pretty rare these days!

Took my 2022 Sportage into West-Herr Kia for scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Stephen welcomed me to the service area and exhibited great customer service as he processed my appointment and provided details on when the vehicle would be ready. The communication upon completion of the work was excellent as well and Stephen had me on my way in no time! Always a great experience with West-Herr Kia Sales and Service!
