Horrible experience in service department.

Horrible experience in service department. I will never spend another penny at any West Hurr dealership, just because of experience I just had with West Hurr KIA service.

Horrible experience with West Hurr KIA service

Horrible experience with West Hurr KIA service department. Actually service department probably isn't bad, but service advisor Mike Roach is horrible. If West Hurr finds his actions towards customers acceptable, I will not be doing any buisness with West Hurr ever again in the future.

Horrible customer service in service department.

Horrible customer service in service department. I will never spend another penny at a West Hurr dealership because of it! New customer at this dealer, and got treated like garbage. To many shops around that would gladly take my money with a smile, no need to give it to a rude service advisor.
