My first experience with the service dept at West Herr Kia and it was a good experience. New Car, New Year. flat tire!!! Tim O. was knowledgeable friendly and kept me updated on the progress. He answered some questions I had on the technology on my 2023 Kia Sportage while I was waiting. I can see why he has so many good reviews. Wiper sensor did not operate
Once they figured out what was wrong with my car service was preformed efficiently and quickly. The automatic intermittent wiper was not installed correctly at the factory. Only problem it took over a month for the factory to get back to the dealer with diagnosis.

Had to get a couple recalls done here over the weekend.
Had to get a couple recalls done here over the weekend. I was in and out fairly quickly. Waiting room is comfortable and coffee machine is awesome. Tim was very courteous and helpful.
