From the time I walked in the customer service was great. There was no hard sell & the deal we did was just as it was described in the auto section of the paper. 1st time with a Kia so looking forward to see how it works out. when I walked into west Herr Kia in Orchard Park I was very nervous but they immediately made me feel at home I originally was planning on getting a used car but the Salesman showed me all the advantages of buying new and was able to get me a payment i was comfortable with and now I am a proud owner of a brand new car i am so overwhelmed Thank You West Herr and Rob Moore for making buying a car an absolute Joy if me or anyone I know needs a car I would definitely refer West Herr and Rob .

Salesman was great. My big problem was with Kia. The owner's manual was vague and in many respects just plain awful. They should change their approach if they are concerned about educating new owners
