West Herr Kia

Salesman was great. My big problem was with Kia. The owner's manual was vague and in many respects just plain awful. They should change their approach if they are concerned about educating new owners

All I can say is before dealing with Elizabeth I dreaded car dealers. She is the best at what she does. Always looking out for the customer and making the whole experience painless from beginning to end.I would strongly recommend that anyone who Is in the market for a new vehicle go see Elizabeth and the West Herr group!

My lease was up on my 2015 Kia Optimal SLX and I loved it so much I lease a new 2018. Lyndsay W at Surbru was the best.

Dealership has lots of vehicles, choices. Very clean, pleasant facility and a pleasant waiting area with drinks and snacks. Just happened to have exactly what I was looking for. My sales rep. John Dirosa was excellent!! He listened to me and answered all my questions. Was very helpful with my decision-making and so far, I'm very happy with my new Kia!
