Service center is top notch!
Service center is top notch! This was my first time using any service center from West Herr, as we live quite far from the dealership. I was a little intimidated at first with the number of people I had to talk to and how busy everyone was (we don’t experience that in our little town)! But I eventually was able to work with Tom (the technician looking at my car) and he was great! When all was said and done, I was very impressed with all the professionalism and they were able to solve my somewhat mundane issue with class and a natural desire to correct it! Highly recommend!
