Battery problems

A big thank you Jordan for expediting getting a man out and away from the dealership to install a new battery in my wife's car, and to Brandon Hobbs for his expedience and courtesy in the installation of the battery. My wife is back on the road safe and sound, Thanks too the good People from the person who answered the phone to the Service Department at Crain Kia of Ft. Smith, AR.

Great experience

My salesman, Albert, was great! He was not a pressure salesman and worked hard to make a deal I could live with. The next day I dropped off the extra keys for my trade and was told they found a bank with a lower rate so they redid the paper work for me!

Great Experience!

They made this process so easy! This was my first car to buy so I was nervous about it to begin with but everyone answered all my questions and made it a smooth and exciting process. Keifer Lang was a great salesman! We had multiple conversations over the phone and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

I WILL.NEVER PURCHASE.ANOTHER.CAR FROM CRAIN.IN FT SMITH

I purchased 2 from Crain but.never again In all have had 4. Kia Sould..But.not.any more. But probably they.don't care.anyway. I.GOT.EMAIL FROM GENERAL MGR ABOUT TRADING .

Hamster car convert

The salesman that helped " make it happen" was Keifer Lang, we had no idea this was only his 2nd week with Crain. He definatly did a excellant job for us, he & the current manager make a great team I hope that KIA recognizes what a positive addition Keifer Lang is to their KIA team!

Went for service got new car

I took my soul in to get looked at and ended up getting a new Kia Sportage. They all worked very hard to get me the exact deal I wanted but wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted in payments, but still luv my car.

Expectations not met

I wanted to utilize Crain because i had purchased from them once before, unfortunately after speaking with a salesman who called me indicating that he was following up on a mail offer that Crain sent to me,i was not provided with the information i requested. I told the salesman that i was interested in a Tahoe, Yukon or Expedition. I was sent a limited number of links including a Santa Fe . When i pointed out to the sales person that the information he sent was insufficient, he replied just search the website, thats what i do. I took his advice and searched in general for the vehicle i needed and thankfully i did. I found several vehicles that fit my criteria exactly and purchased a beautiful Ford Expedition Limited and at a great interest rate at another dealer from a salesman who worked hard to personally drive, and describe the vehicle for me beyond the pictures that were listed on their website. Its unfortunate when you offer an opportunity to sell a vehicle to a dealer and their salesperson does not work to make the best of that opportunity.
