Best experience, friendly staff, I have bought two vehicles from Crain Kia. The sales department made us feel like family. Also the Service department is very helpful.

Nightmare experience after the sale

I drove over 7 hours round trip to purchase a 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum from Crain Kia in Ft. Smith on January 16th. I loved my salesperson, the rest of the management staff leaves much to be desired. I am registering my car in Florida at my full time residence. I'm living in Arkansas while my storm-damaged home is rebuilt in Central Florida. I spent 32 years in the car business and finance and sales Management before I retired in 2018. I di out of state deals all the tim hard. Crain Kia uses a company called RegUSA to handle the out of state deals. Everything that could have possibly gone wrong with his deal after the sale has gone wrong. Arkansas state law requires the dealer register your vehicle within 30 days. That has not been done. They sent me a second temp tag which is about to expire and still haven't processed my tag work yet. The GM, Tom After, will NOT return one so glad phone call. He has managed to reply to a few emails, never fully answering my very direct questions. They also sold me this truck with a major oil leak. I got him home 3.5 hours away and the oil pressure light was on. I took it to the local Ford dealer who informed me it was leaking at the oil pressure sensor pretty badly. Crain sent me a copy of the internal work order showing the oil hand been changed with 5 quarts two days before I bought it. It almost all leaked out within 4 days. Ross Ford said that there is no way a trained tech would have missed that big of an oil leak unless he just wasn't paying attention and that I was lucky I brought it in so quickly before the engine seized. I had to have the oil changed all over again at the Ford dealership but the bad sensor was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. They did reimburse me for the oil change but they made it as difficult as possible. It's just been a disaster that escalated due to their lack of communication with me in any type of fashion let alone a timely fashion.

Crain KIA of Ft. Smith

Just bought my second vehicle from Ricky Nolan. Best car deal experience I have ever had. Everyone was great. Also the service department was awesome. Audrey made me feel like family .

This was a amazing time not only a fun great buying...

This was a amazing time not only a fun great buying experience but respectful time limit as well. No Hassan they have the prices up already. They literally are the greatest and easiest to work with. With a huge warranty comes with a great vehicle. Highly recommend seeing Chris Attee and Ricky Nolan down there at Crain koa fort smith.

I was in to have my vehicle serviced and while I was there, I spoke to a salesman about possibly upgrading the something newer. Ruben Lopez and Ricky Nolan were great to work with and I got a new KIA Sportage with a payment lower than I had on my 2015 Malibu. I will definitely be back.. and I will be sending all of my family and friends to see them!

Crain Kia fort smith is amazing. This is a great hard working team. Chris attee is very well rounded and very smart about helping and showing me and my husband on what we could truly afford and buy. I highly recommend this great staff.

Service after the sale is worst I have ever experienced.

Two stars for sales person who was professional Mr. Landon is great. The professionalism stopped there. Over 30 days and still no title for the DMV to tag vehicle. This dealership is apparently having trouble paying their floor plan debt.

Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the salesman...

Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the salesman Jeremiah he is amazing and straight forward he should be transferred to Crain Hyundai instead. The salesman Ruben was very rude and just flst out lied to me if your not quick to buy or not buying something expensive he will treat you like trash!!!! The manager was nice but withheld the amount of my trade. The whole experience seemed very shady except for the time that Jeremiah took over.
