Easy and helpful!

Came in to look at a new Kia Soul. Paul Robertson was my salesman, he was very nice and helpful. I was able to get the exact car I wanted. Everything was explained very well. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in the market for a new car.

Best Sales and Service Staff in the area

I recently bought the 2017 Kia Niro, the first in Fort Smith. Paul, the salesperson was quick to contact me as soon as it arrived and walked me through the whole process with ease. I would buy another car from them when needed.

Lied to me about sales tax paid and service!

I purchased a pre owned Yukon in late February 2017. The day I purchased the car I asked if they can help out at all with sales tax, I was told they could not. The day after purchasing the Yukon I heard on the radio on they where having a presidents days sales even (which was going on the day I purchased the car and I did not know it) which they were doing sales tax paid on all purchases. The next day I went in and asked why did I not get my sales tax paid and they said since they gave me a good deal on the car and could not do sales tax. Well isn't that part of the promotion!. They lied! Also my car was still in the shop getting detailed and minor repairs. THREE weeks later I finally received my car. The next day I noticed that the TPMS sensor came on (Which I recall seeing on the work report that they were going to replace all of them). I called Ricky and he said bring it in and he would take care of it. The next week I brought in the Yukon and I was told the TPMS sensor needed to be replaced and they would only pay for half of it. Again they lied! I don't see how they get any repeat business with that type of customer service.

Overall

Paul Robertson is an excellent salesman with a professional demeanor and a very pleasant personality. He made the task of buying a new car a relaxed experience as he put me at ease with his knowledge answers to all of my questions!!! I do recommend this dealership and this salesperson highly!!!!

We decided to trade in our standard vehicle for an automatic. My husband went to crain kia in fort smith to look. He test drove one and it was a bit over our budget. They didn't let my husband leave without finding one we could afford. Everyone was so courteous and very helpful. Thank you Andy Noriega for everything you did to help us. I will recommend crain kia to whoever is looking for a car dealer that will truly work with you and do everything in their power to put you in a car. Again thanks to everyone that was a part of us being able to get a car.

when buying my new 2016 KIA Soul

When I first went to KIA I was only looking wasn't there to specifically buy a new car I had bad experiences with other new car dealerships in the area but I met Mike Vongsiri and he listened to what I was looking for and he showed me the New KIA Soul and when I explained what I wanted to do he went to work imediately every one at Crain-Kia of Fort Smith made me feel welcome and I was amazed that Mike Vongsiri and the manangers were able to get me into my new KIA and after the sale Mike Vongsiri even had me to come back and show me how to work all of the buttons in my new car he even explained everything about the radio, also was contacted by the sales manager I believe she was and she made me feel like I was not just another sale to CrainKia I will deffinately keep going back to them if I decide to get a second car or even trade mine later because they make you feel like family and that to me is the greatest feeling in the world.

I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento from this location and was very pleased with them, when it was time for my service on my car I returned here. The dealership had changed hands, but I wanted the recommended Kia products used on my car. Some things have changed but the gentlemen were very pleasant and I was well pleased.

I had the best experience with this dealership. Coy was the salesman. He asked appropriate questions to help him show me t he vehicles that I would like. He told me of all the special features about each vehicle. We test drove the Sportage which i thought would meet my needs best. I felt no p ressure to buy that day. I needed a night to think about it. I came in the next day withy daughter to drive it again. Then i bought it. Very easy paperwork. I also bought the premium extended warranty since my husband had just passed away.
