What a no pressure experience! Jim was my salesperson, and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all models of cars. Very helpful! The finance director, Jason was also very helpful and, knowledgeable and pleasant!

I contacted Audi Birmingham inquiring about a 2023 RS6 they had on their lot in mid November 2022. Davis Darrow and Hannah Blackall were terrific to work with throughout the entire process of getting paperwork done, going over details of the car, ensuring all the details were worked through... all from across the country. Davis and Hannah were super communicative, even after hours. Any question I had was almost immediately answered with an incredible amount of detail. Davis even helped in setting up a fantastic transport company to get my new RS6 shipped to me, only a few days after the purchase process had started. Davis is a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous Specialist, who can help anyone get their dream car. Davis even worked with the Audi Birmingham GM to fix the Paint Protection Film that had started to peel, after application; at no cost to me. Hannah was fantastic throughout the entire paperwork process, and even remailing some paperwork overnight that needed changes. I highly recommend Audi Birmingham for your next Audi! The experience and care for a customer I received was top notch!
