I had a 2016 Q5 and a 2021 q5, and this 2024 Q5 is absolutely the best of the bunch! It drive like a dream. The leather is so much better quality than in the past. The seats are so much more comfortable. I am so pleased with it. It smells and drives like heaven. I also wanted to give a shoutout to awesome salesman Jim Hardy who helped me along the way. Kind, easy going, personable, and knowledgeable! I have been to dealerships where the salesman really doesn?t know much about the car. Jim and Nick know it all! 5/5experience!

If you are into Audi (as someone who is originally from Germany I am) and you live in Alabama, this is the place to go. We have been leasing cars from them for many years. Outstanding service, very professional and friendly, relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to come to a deal, lots of time to test-drive and to get advice. Quite a pleasant experience purchasing from Audi of Birmingham. I worked with Kelly and he was very patient and easy going. I encountered no hassle and some favorable negotiations. I would certainly refer them to my colleagues.

Took forever to get a payment quote on a vehicle I was interested in. After getting the vehicle, signed papers 3 different times because paper work was wrong ever time. After signing for the final time, never received a copy of the bill of sale. Multiple times asked for copies. Took the Service Manager of the shop to retrieve them for me.

Kelly was a great salesperson! Attentive, answered all of our questions, and have continued to check in on us!
