Best customer service experience by far!
Tammy and Hannah were AMAZING to work with. Most dealerships, salespeople, and finance managers seem intimidating and pushy, but that was not the case at Audi Birmingham. They were responsive, helpful, and really considered my questions and concerns. I didn?t feel ripped off or swindled in any way, which is another common problem I encountered while talking with other dealerships in the area. Tammy and Hannah even made the experience fun, and I am so grateful to them for their help. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and I will recommend anyone I know to Audi Birmingham in the future!

Bought a used Camry
Worked with Jim, great guy cut to the chase and got us fixed up and on the road. Even filled it up with gas before we left without us asking for that.
