Superb dealership experience. Leased Q8 E-tron, and loved it so much we purchased at the end of the lease. Jacob Byrd was our rep on both transactions and we were beyond impressed with his service. He provided fair, honest options. He never pushed on add-ons we did not want, and ultimately kept his word on a pricing and deal structure we had agreed to, even as the margins to the dealer shrank. Jacob was an upfront, plain-spoken and honest broker and he made our transactions easy, and he made us as customers feel valued. My experience was what the car buying process should be. Started with Catherine Atchison getting me to the Audi dealership close to me. She was absolutely great throughout the entire process. Steve Colter was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to the entire time. We had to get the vehicle shipped and there is where the trouble started. They took a week and a half to finally get the car to the dealership. It was an outside carrier so it wasn?t on Audi. Everything Audi related was outstanding! Will definitely be back in the future!!
