DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. IF YOU MUST BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DO NOT WORK WITH JAE YOUNG. Jae is the guy that signs the paperwork, and he is arrogant, smug, and belittled me about my credit score. I do not have the best credit, but I am trying to work on it. During the process of signing all the paperwork, Jae Young took a look at my score and asked me what happened. That is not his place do to that! I was horrified, embarrassed, made me feel small. Not everyone has the best credit, Jae Young. Some empathy for others situations, especially during these economic times, would go a long way. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Turning in my lease and getting a new car was super easy

Turning in my lease and getting a new car was super easy and fast. Did it after a long work week and was able to get in and out with a great new lease.

We needed a repair and the deer view mirror replaced.

We needed a repair and the deer view mirror replaced. Three hours later and they had done nothing. I have been sitting here for three hours . I need to pick up my kids. San Bernardino Suburu did the same fix in 1 hour for me .

Long wait- no service

First service on my new outback, and was in and out in

First service on my new outback, and was in and out in less than an hour. Waiting area was very comfortable and I was able to catch up on my emails.

DCH Subaru of Riverside sold me a lemon.

Purchased a used car on and 5/30/2022 and when I took my car to get recall fixed was informed my car needs major work totaling $7000. When I went back to DCH Subaru of Riverside all I would get back the employees us that I signed agreement. I informed them the work that needs to be done should have been seen and fixed. But I was informed their technician they don't see any provlems. How do you not see a oil leak.when your doing a oil change. DCH Subaru of Riverside sold me a lemon.

Thank You Matt for helping me secure the perfect Forester. I love so many things about this new car. Sonya is such a delightful person. Easy to talk to. All the Staff / Team Members were so helpful Ean, a technician, was an asset showing me the functions on the new car. New autos now have so much more to learn with the technology that is equipped on Vehicles . Joesalyn in Finance was very quick and knowledgeable with the paperwork . A GREAT EXPERIENCE
