This is a terrible dealership, not professional,Te

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with dealing with buying a car, The staff seems like they have no idea of how the process supposed to go in selling a vehicle, they sent all my paperwork with my last name spelled wrong, so he had to resend all my paperwork with the correct spelling of my last name, secondly they didn’t know the process of sending paperwork to my DMV so I can get my car registered, and I am still in the process of trying to get my car registered, I called and talked to two different people, they said they would call me back after they try to find out the process, and they never called me back, so I had to continue to call out, and reach out to them, whereas they would never reach back out to me to let me know if they figured out the process that they need to do to get my car registered, this particular company is definitely unprofessional, and I don’t know if everybody there just started last week, but they do not know the process, and how to run that particular business.

Mysterious engine issue. ALL error lights on.

Had a issue with the engine that was causing the error lights on the dash to be on. Took it to DCH in Riverside and they fixed it within a few hours UNDER WARRANTY and the car has run perfectly every since.

I worked with Carlos Espinosa in Sales and went on a test

I worked with Carlos Espinosa in Sales and went on a test drive of the model that I was interested in buying. In order to get the paint and interior that I wanted, as well as other features, I asked Carlos to reserve a car that was scheduled to arrive in their next allotment. When the car came in, we did the test drive, and I bought the car. It only has a few hundred miles so far, but I think it's safe to say the car is pretty great. It handles well, has good acceleration, feels great to drive, and has more cargo space than its competitors, as well as some extensive tech features. I think this is a dealership that understands the way to build a customer base is to treat people fairly and offer great value. I would also recommend Carlos to anyone who is interested in buying a new car. And Joesalyn in Finance made the paperwork very easy to accomplish; she's efficient and knowledgeable.

Super happy customer!!!!

Carlos Espinosa was one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was personable, funny and straight to the point. He was patient as I have never really bought a car from a dealership before. He walked me through the process and was understanding when I forgot my insurance card and waited until I was able to get it. Definitely ask for him directly if you ever go here! He will hook you up and not give you any extra B.S.

DCH Subaru was a joy to buy from. No game playing, No mark up. No add ons unless you want them! I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru to start here first. Roger is a great salesman and world class guy, ask for him and he will take good care of you!
