Service was completed much quicker than expected.

Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. The only problem is everytime l came for service it's hard to make a turn towards service station. There's no perpendicular sign from street to guide a turn.

I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside,

I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. In addition to an excellent purchase experience, I have had excellent service from this dealership each time I've brought the car in for routine service. However, the last time I took my car in for service in January 2025, my service experience was more than excellent. My service representative, Noah, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was he courteous, but he was kind, patient, listened carefully to me, and helped me to resolve some car computer issues related to my vehicle's Navigation system. I also had a problem with connecting a new cell phone to the vehicle. If he could not resolve the problem himself, he called the appropriate tech and sales persons to help. Everything was resolved satisfactorily, but I want to take the time to applaud Noah. We often complain when something goes wrong, but not often enough recognize when a customer service representative does something right or above and beyond their jobs. Kudos to Noah at DCH Subaru and kudos to DCH Subaru for hiring such excellent staff!! Thank you to both.

My service experience was outstanding.

My service experience was outstanding. I didn’t have an appointment but they got me right in. They kept me informed and completed the service on minimum time and the work was excellently completed.Mathew was great.

The Internet sales manager Javier reached out to me after

The Internet sales manager Javier reached out to me after a handful of salesmen each responded to my initial request (where I specified being out of state), with generic response emails telling me to “just come in for a test drive” and never providing any actual info about the vehicle as requested. I thought I was getting somewhere with Javier when he told me to throw a number at him for the vehicle I was interested in, sort of a “make your own proposal” but it was typical bait and switch car sales tactics because instead of saying yes or no, he just told me to come on in anyway and if they couldn’t beat a deal I had in writing they would give me $2500. I live 120 miles away and my trade in is my down payment so if they lowball the value I just pay more. Total waste of my time and got my hopes up for nothing. Javier said they’re a big dealership but I think they’re too big for their own good. Glad I’m not local.

Warning: Don't Go There! When you get to this dealership they will not honor the advertised price. The salesmen will try to intimidate & pressure you into a higher price. When you object. The salesman will lean back in his chair and laugh! And the salesman will tell you that the add ons are already on the car so you must pay a higher price! I WARNED YOU!
