I had been going to the San Bernardino dealership for service for several years. My last two visits there where very disappointing with them trying to sell me service I didn’t feel I needed and the Wait time to get my vehicle back was way too long for the service being done. I gave Riverside Subaru a try because I have family and friends that go there. Service advisor Marvin was very friendly and efficient. Vehicle was ready on time as promised without. They did the same AC repair that San Bernardino supposedly did, only air is much colder now. I will be a returning customer. Just a word of advise, I go by the FACTORY recommended maintenance in my Subaru handbook. All dealers want to give you the DEALER recommended service which includes additives and services you may not need yet for a much higher cost.

First time customer. Victor was helpful. Service center has some cool technology. Service took longer than estimated due to recall, but I was told it was issue with national database to upload recall info. Not that big of a deal since I dropped off the car and had the day off. Center uses text messaging for updates. Nice feature.
