Bought a certified used and Allen was great work with––was really happy with my experience. Did most of the negotiation over email and had an easy experience once I got to the dealership. I would definitely come back here.

I went into the dealership with a specific model and trim...
I went into the dealership with a specific model and trim in mind. I saw the same model in a different trim and color and it was beautiful. The salesman, Richard Tomosada, didn’t try to tell me what I wanted and didn’t try to talk me into the higher trim. He answered all my questions with the utmost patience and knowledge. I financed with the zero percent finance charge and the whole experience with Richard was exceptional!

Don’t take your cars for service here They stoled my car from dealer They didn’t even know my car was missing for a week and half They accused me of sending someone to steal Paid $7800 for new motor They gave me my car back with something else wrong The transmission??? Now have to pay $3154 Getting lawyer and already called BBB Channel 4 Will investigate

We do apologize for the confusion. We have never accused you of stealing your own car. We simply shared with you that, based on extensive video from our surveillance system, your vehicle was targeted. As you know, we have over 20 minutes of video of the suspect specifically searching for your car. You are also aware we have turned all of this footage over to the police and have been in contact with them frequently as the investigation continues. In fact, though, your car is not even considered officially stolen since you have not filed a stolen vehicle report with the police or even returned their calls, based on our most recent conversation with them. Luckily, the vehicle was not drive-able and was abandoned just down the street with no damage. Also, as you know, you did not pay $7800 for the repair since we were able to get Subaru to pay $4000 on your behalf even though your vehicle was far out of warranty. It is true we did not discover the vehicle missing for 1 week since work had not begun on it, because you did not authorize it until after we successfully got Subaru to agree to pay that $4000 for you. Regrettably, after replacing the engine, it was discovered there is also a transmission problem which could not be diagnosed until the car was running properly after the engine replacement. Let me correct you We called SOA We gave them all the paperwork they needed History on car (oil changes) Yes I did call the officer 20 times To find out what was going on Because I still didn’t know car was stolen from the dealership lot Since Nick just said “ call this #” They never called me back Left messages with receptionist and their voice mail Still my car sounds the same as when I first dropped off You guys did something wrong when fixing the motor and that’s if you guys did Anyways the BBB will find out and like I said Channel 4 will investigate

Excellent customer service! They always make it very easy to get my car serviced! The new building has great new technology that is quite impressive! They finished ahead of schedule and called me to let me know when my car was ready. I was very happy with my experience!
