Julio was extremely professional. Very polite and and always called me by my name. He was always smiling and seem to be very happy with his job. Julio gave an accurate assessment of what needed to be done and how long it would take. Timing was essential to me since I had a class to take that morning and I needed to work out how to get back to the dealership after class. Julio called me to let me know they had found some extra things that needed to be done to my car to make it safe. He constantly kept in contact with me and let me know when my car would be done. My car was ready on time. Checking out was fast and easy. Driving home my car was like a new car. It Felt tight and handled smoothly. This dealership uses dishonest bait and switch tactics on customers. I communicated with Hiroshi over text and email prior to coming in for a test drive. He told me the price for the Ascent we liked and their emails clearly state “important note: We make it easy. Just add tax and registration.” After our test drive we sat down to talk finances. Hiroshi wrote down the price plus “fees”, but no specific breakdown of the fees. We told him from the beginning we weren’t purchasing the car that day but wanted to get the out the door cost and come back soon. When I asked what the fees were, I was shocked to see an additional $9,000. Of that $9,000, $2,600 were add ons that they said were already on the car and could maybe be negotiated. Another $6,000 was warranty, lifetime oil changes, etc. I told him this felt deceptive since they clearly state they only add tax and registration. After leaving the dealership, I had a few more communications with Hiroshi and his supervisor Matt Kraft. They wouldn’t directly acknowledge my concerns about the add ons and dishonest pricing communications. When I stated we would talk to them again if they honored the original price they gave us, they never replied. This was huge waste of our time. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership since they had the exact car we wanted at a great price. Matt Kraft tried to get us to sign a contract that day without any payment to “secure the deal”. I love Subarus but this experience so terrible and such a horrible representation of the brand, that I almost swore off buying another Subaru.

Brought Forrester in for service, long overdue, and to
Brought Forrester in for service, long overdue, and to check for noise that we noticed coming from the right front of the car. Service Rep Noah Ortiz was professional and kept communication going throughout the day with options of text, links to the website to keep tabs during my service appointment and the documents related to service recommendation, as well as the option to call and speak directly with him. Additional service recommendations were made (+ explanations and estimates). Also a call was made to note an observation by the technician- repair not immediately necessary, but to keep watch. Estimate of repair provided (wow, $$$$) as well as explanation of repair details. When I returned to pick up my car, Noah was not immediately available, but appeared to go ever my paperwork and covered every item of the service, even writing down notes with answers to my queries. I was impressed by his customer service attentiveness and the options developed to keep communications easy and open since I last had my car serviced at DCH Subaru. Also appreciate the manager - Tom Edwards - texting me later to see how the service appointment went. He has always done that when I've brought my car in for service - since 2017. Honest interactions. Good job DCH and Thank You!

Was visiting service dept for basic oil change, tire
Was visiting service dept for basic oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection. Matthew was ready to help when I arrived. He reviewed what would be done and I asked about a new battery. His recommendation was that it wasn’t necessary at this time. I might check again in 6 months or if I start having any issues. I appreciate his help. My vehicle was ready ahead of promised time. The service area is comfortable and pleasant for those of us who wait. Matthew had my bill ready and reviewed everything they did and showed no other recommended service at this time. Great experience.
