50 years of buying cars Alan and Julian were very professional. They promised to give me a good deal and they did. The whole buying process w easy. Most importantly a young lady spend over 1hour going through all the car’s features. Great experience

Matt Kraft needs to be terminated.

Matt Kraft needs to be terminated. I have purchased a lot of vehicles. A lot. I have never experienced such a rude, condescending, unprofessional, talentless, garbage “manager” in my life. I sent a simple email requesting to (reasonably) negotiate the price of an Outback. What I received in return was a masterclass in what NOT to do as a sales manager. I was insulted, disregarded and blatantly offended by the incredible unprofessionalism of Matt Kraft. I’d fire him in an instant if I was the owner of this business (given I actually cared about making sales). I will never, ever make a purchase at a DCH dealership. They employ absolute filth. I personally recommend you take your business to a dealership run by adults, not children. Don’t be fooled by their slightly “below” KBB prices. Other dealers will give you the same or better deals and give you a modicum of respect while doing so. Shame on DCH for employing unprofessional people like Matt Kraft. (He’s costing you money).
