This was my first experience with Omar. He showed great customer service. He was very attentive!

This dealership has excellent customer service and a very comfortable waiting room. Omar kept me updated on my car and the estimated service completion time. I will continue to use this dealership for maintenance and repairs.

50 years of buying cars Alan and Julian were very professional. They promised to give me a good deal and they did. The whole buying process w easy. Most importantly a young lady spend over 1hour going through all the car’s features. Great experience

Matt Kraft needs to be terminated. I have purchased a lot of vehicles. A lot. I have never experienced such a rude, condescending, unprofessional, talentless, garbage “manager” in my life. I sent a simple email requesting to (reasonably) negotiate the price of an Outback. What I received in return was a masterclass in what NOT to do as a sales manager. I was insulted, disregarded and blatantly offended by the incredible unprofessionalism of Matt Kraft. I’d fire him in an instant if I was the owner of this business (given I actually cared about making sales). I will never, ever make a purchase at a DCH dealership. They employ absolute filth. I personally recommend you take your business to a dealership run by adults, not children. Don’t be fooled by their slightly “below” KBB prices. Other dealers will give you the same or better deals and give you a modicum of respect while doing so. Shame on DCH for employing unprofessional people like Matt Kraft. (He’s costing you money).

Great service and they are always accommodating. The waiting area is comfortable and always has snacks if you wants some!
