We had researched online, called and spoke to Joe G, on the phone who just happen to be in for a few minutes in his day off. He made a point to stay in the officend wait for us to arrive (3 hours ). The process was smooth, quick, and everyone in the dealership spoke and offered their support. Not to mention we were very pleased with the deal we received with basically no haggling.
