I just bought a car here last weekend and love my new car. Justin was a pleasure to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy. He gave me all the time I needed to make the right decision for myself. I definitely recommend Autobasics to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

After looking at other dealerships around Jacksonville, I can easily say that Autobasics is the place to go! Great inventory-- all vehicles were clean and it was easy to see that they pride themselves on maintaining a higher standard on the used cars that they sell (in other words, they aren't trying to sell you junk!). Marek was an awesome salesman and didn't pressure us at all on our purchase. He made us feel very at ease and was knowledgeable about the company and the inventory.

This is a fairly new dealership. They were very helpful to me when I was buying a 2012 Chevy Silverado. Their price was great and really needed "no haggle". Justin was helpful answering any questions that I had. The truck was in great condition and very clean. I will certainly be shopping at Autobasics the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle.

They showed me the Carfax as well as another background on the vehicle. After the first 10 minutes, I had confidence that this would be the place to buy a great vehicle. We went in with a certain car, price, and payments in our minds. And Marek made the process so easy and wonderful. We had never bought a car before, and had no idea what we were getting into, but we couldn't have asked for a smoother processed and Marek talked us through the whole thing and explained everything to us. We left with our "new to us" car and couldn't have been any more happy.
