Looked all over for a great price and AutoBasics beat the "big guys." This is a no hassle dealership that will give you a fair price. Justin was an excellent salesman. The staff was very receptive to our needs and even had snacks for our kids the next day we visited to finalize our paperwork.

My wife and I had been looking for another car for 3 weeks within a 200 mile radius of Savannah. We had several disappointing experiences. When we decided that we might like the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, I used Cargurus and found 5 in our general area. The one we found at Autobasics looked really nice. Sometimes the pictures look better than the actual car. I asked Pete if it was really clean and if the paint was good. He said it was clean. The car was better than we thought it might be. Like new. This has got to be the best place to go for a vehicle, the atmosphere is awesome, and the service provided was top notch. My whole process was less than an hour in the door to being able to leave with a new car. They are fast friendly and show that they do care about what you are trying to buy. This is a dealership that is not out to take advantage or get rich. I would recommend them to anyone in the field for buying a car/truck. Pete helped me pick and purchase the right car, and now I'm happier after the process. I have gained a new fpund apprciation for the car salesman based on this one time car buying process. Although from the Chicago area I assisted in buying a car from auto basics for my son who is in the military and stationed close to Jacksonville,l dealt with Justin who made the process extremely easy considering being in another state. Justin was professional,courteous and dealt with all my phone calls and emails and sent me any pictures i requested. I highly recommend auto basics if your looking for a pre owned vehicle.

Justin helped us get the perfect vehicle! He was not pushy like everyone else is and felt like we were old friends. The only thing is that the building was very small and not much to it.

Walked in with a Beetle that was literally falling apart around me, and walked out with a used Nissan Juke that looks brand new. Great price, low monthly payment! Great service all around! Everyone was thorough and efficient!
