I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and spent less money

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and spent less money and felt way more welcomed, especially after the deal was done not happy with their performance told a lot of things Seem to be very deceiving

Not sure sales person was very honest with us about the

Not sure sales person was very honest with us about the purchase of the car that we purchased ,not sure if it was a misunderstanding or not also, was there two days in a row like three hours at a time never was explained anything on how the car works other than how to move the backseat forward and was told to come back a third time because sales person was too busy working with other people at the same time as us felt like they were a little pushy Didn’t want to talk price down. Didn’t feel as though the car was very clean at all after she told us they had Detail it, but I guess we didn’t have to buy the car so I’m not completely blaming the sales person other than that, she was a pretty nice person. I believe she thought she did her job.

Samuel was pleasantly kind, mannerable, and very professional. He provided great information on the vehicle and got ALL the questions answered we asked. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable to be there. He was also hospitable.

I showed up early but they were happy to see me and wait
