First off you receive a one star ⭐️ in rating. I will never return to Moses Lexus again nor will I recommend you to anyone. Your staff is rude the first time I was there I let it slide. This time my 2023 GX 460 is locking up, it has done it a few times already put it in drive doesn't move, reverse same thing. Finally when you get it to move there is a loud thump. I have talked to Don Smith about this he is supposed to be the best, but he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with he needs an attitude adjustment, I should have took his advice on the phone when he told me to take it to Lexington KY. I had to drive from Raccoon Kentucky to St. Albans WV. 2 1/2 hour drive only to have to deal with a know-it -all rude person. The only thing done to my Lexus was they rotated my tires and changed me $33.37 I could have had that done in Pikeville.

The sales person was extremely helpful with providing the necessary information to complete the transaction.
