I arrived a little early but the Service Department

I arrived a little early but the Service Department quickly received me. The check in was quick as Don Smith always seem to remember his customers and their Lexus. I was here just for a routine oil change but the service tech found my back break pads were worn. After speaking with Don, I elected to have new break pads. Again, Don knows his customers and makes sure they have the facts to make the best recession for their safety as well as what’s best for the Lexus. Within 2 hours of checking in I was checking out. The checkout was as smooth as checking in.
