In for routine maintenance, friendly staff. All went as expected, it took longer than I expected as on this snowy day I was the first customer, and the only one until someone else came in 30 minutes later. Comfortable waiting area, just wish they would change the endless loop of an old Howie Mandell game show! It been on every time I'm there.

I took my car in for regular maintenance, nothing was wrong with it and service was quick. Unfortunately I have 2 complaints. When I purchased the car a big selling point was that the car could be picked up and delivered back to me. When I requested this I was told there was a 30 day + backlog which was very inconvenient. I also had a card from the dealership which said the car could be picked up and would be washed and vacuumed. My car had been washed but the inside had not been touched. I was very disappointed because I was hoping to have all the dirt and debris from the winter cleaned out.

Unfortunately when being serviced we were quoted for a tire that should have been under coverage that was purchased that wasn’t checked. We were not even offered a patch when a screw was in the tire. We took the car to another shop to have it taken care of in the interim. I am very disappointed in their “luxury” service at the present.

All the staff is very accommodating and when I have a problem, they fix it on the On the spot. They wash my car after they finish their service and did a good job with their service. I’ve never had any bad service for the last 27 years

Best service department I have ever dealt with. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone or put them up against anyone else.
