Excellent service department. Greeted on arrival and kept completely informed during the entire service process. They even texted a video review of the inspection of my car so I felt like I was right there with the technician explaining everything as he went. Pricing is very reasonable and getting an appointment was quick and easy.

A new young man was my service Consultant, if was proffesional & listen to the problems I had with my past visit when the front door windows were worked on but still streaked with something, so didnt know if it was fixed. Car not washed or windows not cleaned. Got home. Noted a few weeks later that passenger's door wouldn't open from the inside. THIS visit the YOUNG MAN LISTEN TO ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH He listen & everything was taken care of, windows cleaned & are still working good & staying clean. Passenger door is opening from the inside & he said he was ordering the things that hold the inside cover on the door. Have not heard about those coming in so I can come back to have it fixed. No streaks are on windows now when I take them up & down. My car is an 2007 RX but i love it, & in my old age I feel safe driving it & it is still a beautiful car.

I've bought two cars so far and will continue to come back. This time I was only in for a service but wanted a quote on running boards. They took care of me and had them in stock. Was in and out less than 2 hours.
