We have purchased several cars from Moses... a have always been very happy. Today I had to take my Lexus GX to the service department due to flat tire. I went in without an appointment and they were very accommodating! The waiting room for Lexus service is beautifully updated and all of the employees are very professional and nice. Pricing was fair and they had me on my way in no time. We will always be a Lexus family and Moses is where we will stay. 10/10

I brought my car in for a routine service. I was given a quick appointment. The service was done in a timely manner. The service representative was very friendly and accommodating as usual. This is the only dealership that I deal with and I always request the same service representative. The customer service is top notch.

We are from Florida and traveling from MIL’s place in Kentucky to daughter’s in the DC area. Originally we called Lexus dealer with a stalled car on the side of the road and bad hybrid module. Lexus Lady that answered said they were full we can get in next week…that would not work. We used the Lexus roadside assistance and they said 60 minutes before the tow service could be to us. Not terrible but not bad. A call back from the roadside assistance folks at 56 minutes said the tow folks were another would be another hour and half. After expressing our displeasure, the nicest tow guy appears. Car gets loaded and then another wait…tow truck has one extra seat and there are two of us. Nice tow guy called back to office and nice tow boss showed up in his own vehicle to take us to dealer. At dealer, Lexus lady was not there and wonderful service guy said he would take a look. Service guy comes back in a half an hour and car is back working and we are on our way.

Service was fast and professional. Customer service rep was courteous and friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment.
