Alex is wonderful!

Alex is wonderful!! I had to bring my car back in due to a faulty plug (it was leaking) and he was able to get me in and out within an hour. Thank you!

Sold me a car with existing issues.

Sold me a car with existing issues. Blamed it on me for putting the required gas in.told me they fixed it . Thirty minutes after picking it up after being in the service dept for a week days after purchasing I almost got hit by a truck because the car was not fixed even with the “right “ gas from them. Now no new car and anxiety purchasing another from this experience. Oh and the GM ED HICKS sarcastically states “sorry you almost died” and hangs up in my face .

The dealership made receiving my title entirely too

The dealership made receiving my title entirely too complicated. We paid in cash and it has been jumping through hoops to get it. Trevor was very nice and offered me to reach out "with any questions or concerns"...until it was clear that he wasn't pleased to be answering my questions or concerns.
