We came in with a nearly impossible situation (ANYWHERE else, it would have BEEN!! ) and they were able to put us in the EXACT vehicle that we wanted! I was so nervous and I was SURE that we would be denied.. Because everyone knows life happens.. But Chris Mealer is the BEST car salesman! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even about other vehicles we had been looking at. Everyone knows that the car buying experience can be a lengthy process, and he as well as everyone else there made sure that we were comfortable and felt at ease during the entire process! Russ Thomas and Tim Long were amazing! They worked hard to find a way to make this a possibility for us and pulled through with flying colors! Russ was very friendly, honest, and very funny! Tim was caring and extremely kind and he went above and beyond and worked hard to get the deal put through! Matt Dunn was great and worked with Tim to make sure we got the best deal possible, which was more than what we thought we would ever qualify for! Mr. Jerry ward was also super friendly and personally approved our deal! The ENTIRE team was warm and inviting! Everyone made a point to greet us with a smile and offered warm and inviting conversation! They really made us feel like family before AND after we signed the deal! Now we have the opportunity to restore our credit and we gained a family at the same time! We are so happy to be a part of the Jerry Ward family. It was the best experience I've ever had at a car lot. Chris was super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. We got off work at 4 in Paris and they stayed over to help us purchase our beautiful Dodge Dart. They even had the vehicle we wanted to see pulled to the building waiting on us to get there. Tim worked with us to get us the best deal possible during financing. We even left with a full tank of gas; I've never had a car lot do that before.
