Our truck was totaled at no fault of our own. We walked in to Jerry Ward Autoplex, explaining what had happened and we had to deal with the insurance. We told them we wanted another truck along with other things. It took us several weeks dealing with the insurance and working with four great men (Jerry, Norman, Mike, and Tim).
