Our sales consultant was Alberto Acosta, it was a pleasure working with him at all times, we never own a Porsche before and Alberto help us make our decision, in our first trip to the dealer we arrived @ 6:20pm on a Saturday when they close @ 6pm on that day and a manager told us that they were close , but Alberto that was there offer to stay after hours and answer all our questions, after being treated great by him we decided to arrange a test drive during the week in order to learn about the vehicle, after driving the vehicle Alberto said that he would look for the car that we wanted and call us to work on the numbers we wanted to be. One week after he found the vehicle he called us and we got our car, everything was great and will recommend him to any one that wants to have a incredible experience.

Great dealership, clean, amazing, just what we needed in the west broward area. Beats driving to pompano to deal with "the other dealer". I have to say, the staff is especially great, especially Jean in new car sales. I have bought approximately 30 cars in my lifetime and have to say that the most professional and down to earth sales person is Jean. Jean has excellent core values one would expect from a sales person. He has a sense of pride, respect for ones time and needs and listens to the customer. Jean also has integrity which is very important. He's an overall excellent person. Anyone who is in the market for a Porsche, I automatically think of Jean.

I traveled from Michigan to Porsche West Broward to see a car they had in their inventory. My Sales Rep Was Kris Mroz. Prior to my visit, Kris ensured I was provided all the answers to the questions I had before I stepped foot on the property. Upon my arrival, I found the car I was interested in put aside for me on the lot; freshly washed and waxed. After a quick walk around, I sought out Kris, who eagerly greeted my wife and I. After a test drive and a review of the car, Kris helped us get the ball rolling to make this car ours without any pressure and only welcomed assistance. Finally, Kevin Henry ensured our purchase went smoothly. He provided all the available purchase options with 100% transparency, throwing out any options that would be unreasonable. I would have to say my experience at Porsche West Broward has been the ultimate best car buying experience I have ever had. The facility itself is new and packs a great atmosphere. The vehicles are all amazing. Every member of the staff is welcoming and cheerful. I never once felt like I was another sale, but more of a VIP. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who would walk away from this dealership, a member of the Penske Automotive Group, disappointed.

I have been to every local dealer in my area and let me tell you, I have yet to be treated as good as Kris treated me. This guy knows more about Porsches than anyone I have met to date. He had an answer for all my questions. When it came time to pull the trigger there was absolutely ZERO pressure. If you are in the market and want to be treated right you need to see Kris. I will be back next year to purchase another car. Management needs to retain and promote this guy at all cost. What an asset.

I was looking for some photos of a Porsche 911 that had been on their website and Porsche USA used car search. I emailed dealership for pictures of car to be posted. After 3 weeks I have not seen any pictures of car, only pictures of dealership. Not a big deal but it would be nice to see pictures of car in ad

I live 150 miles away, so I called for information on a used Porsche I saw on their website. Nick Edwards was very courteous and went out of his way to check on the car for me. He discovered something was not in working order, and he informed me of the service dept's diagnosis and what needed to be done to make it right. Nick was very forthcoming and gave me the option of waiting until the repair was finished or continuing my search. I decided to continue my search, but I would not hesitate to deal with Nick and Porsche West Broward in the future.

Nick Edwards represents the dealership and the Porsche product line very well. He has a positive disposition and a tremendous level of product knowledge. Even thought the purchase for my wife did not work out I will return to work with him on the purchase of my new GT3 this year.

Alberto Acosta was great, I am not an easy buyer and usually like to research what I am buying, as you can understand when you are getting a vehicle like a Porsche . I test drove a vehicle in February and Alberto was never pushy, he did maintain proper following up and was nice to always say hi, also he responded quick and at all times via text or call, so it has a no brainer were I should get my Porsche, I recommend Alberto to everyone that likes to be treated like a friend.
