Porsche West Broward

We went to visit West Broward Porsche on a Saturday afternoon just to have a look at their latest models. And than we met Kris Mroz..... Terrific guy!!!! No pressure...! We asked for a specific type of car...He gave us that car to test drive....again with no pressure... We came back Sunday afternoon ...Test drive again ...made a deal ...and left with a Brand new Cayenne Platinum on Monday pm. The show room is very impressive and is a must see place to go. If it wasn't for Cris Mroz we probably would not have switched from a Jaguar to a Porsche...

Picking up a car at Porsche West Broward was a fantastic experience. From the facility to the staff everything is kept in great order with knowledgeable and professional employees eager to assist in any manner they can. My sales associate was Nick Edwards who was incredibly knowledgeable of not only the wide variety of product Porsche offers but also the assortment of cars from the pre owned inventory lot. Nick came across as a true enthusiast and his level of engagement was critical as it helped immensely when it came to choosing the right car. Nick was able to walk us through a variety of vehicles, explain pros/cons and made the purchasing experience engaging and straight forward. Once we had settled on the vehicle of choice we had the pleasure of working with Kevin Henry who went at bat to make sure we received the best possible financing available. Like Nick, Kevin went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the degree of engagement he provided. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Porsche or used car they have an interest in at this dealership. The level of friendliness, professionalism and engagement is truly refreshing and unique.

I came to the dealership in order to check out the used inventory and buy my first Porsche. Alberto exceeded any previous experience I have had with other sales associates in the past! Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I have made several visits to Porsche of Broward since my friend bought a new 911 Targa 4S Last October I brought a friend from Argentina to visit your dealership and Kris Mroz gave us a very nice tour of all the facilities including the used cars in the back lot. I told him I was considering perhaps a used Cayman. My friend from Argentina was very impressed with the cleanliness of the service area and the product presentation. Every person in the show room wanted to make us feel at home without being pushy about buying a car. They offered water, coffee and snacks with a great smile on their faces. I felt right at home and felt that when I bought a new car this would be the place. The pricing and spec list is very easy to read and understand. Also the sales personnel have very quick information via the program on their phone and have excellent product knowledge or can find answers quickly. The location of the dealership is excellent and will help the population of West Broward buy cars from there. I would not have bought a Porsche if I had to go to Miami or Palm Beach.

The showroom's appearance makes one want to buy a car. It is decorated with impeccable taste. Upon entering we felt the excitement of the salespeople to be employed at this Porsche dealership. Every member of the staff made us, the customer, feel welcome. Our salesman, Kris Mroz, was top notch. In no way was he pushy. Kris was informative and answered all of our questions patiently. He made us feel as if were visiting his home and even gave us a tour of the two floor showroom which was indeed the most beautiful auto dealership that we had ever seen. Kris was honest and we felt his dedication to the Porsche dealership. We bought a Red Porsche Panamera GTS on the spot and drove home in a beautiful new car. Kevin Henry handled all the paperwork in an exceptionally professional manner. Buying a car from Porsche West Broward was truly an outstanding experience. Nowadays, we have commonly experienced car salesmen whose main objective is just to get you to purchase the car. Kris was an exception to the cliche and has insured that we will be coming back to the dealership for years to come. Kris also arranged a tutorial for us. At this dealership there is an employee who explains every button in the car. He sets up the cell phones and helps with the GPS, etc. It truly was the most pleasant and informative car buying experience I can remember. We will be sure that if we have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, we will be sending them to Porsche West Broward and telling them to ask for KRIS. You certainly helped redefine the stereotype dealership. Thanks so much for this outstanding experience. And in ending, The Red Panamera GTS is outstanding.

My salesman, Alexander DePooter, was absolutely fantastic. Of all my car purchase (Audi A7, Cadillac CTS, Jaguar XJL), Alexander was, by far, the best. I had a horribly difficult time working with my local Porsche dealer (Porsche of Maplewood). They would not return my repeated telephone calls, emails and texts. After 8 days of waiting they finally called back. I was so disappointed that I would be treated this way on a > $100,000 purchase that I sought out dealers around the nation. I was in awe of how professional and polite everyone at West Broward was. Because the dealer is more than 1,500 miles from my home, I had to trust that what Mr. de Pooter was saying would be true about the Panamera GTS on his lot (and he had to trust that my trade in was in good condition as well). I could not be more pleased how Mr. DePooter coordinated every aspect from my first telephone call (which he took AFTER the dealership had closed for the day!!!), through the many emails regarding specific features of the car, to the point of delivery to my house. West Broward's offer of free delivery anywhere in the US was also a HUGE issue for me. Every other dealer I spoke to around the nation was going to require me to show up in person with my trade in THEN they would discuss what they could offer. This is just not feasible for me. I cannot say enough good about Alexander!! And, the Panamera GTS is a truly awesome machine!!

I tried to reach out to Alexander Depooter, since for the past 3 vehicles we bought from West Broward was from him. Unfortunately he blocked me from his phone because I could not find a spare. Kevin and Jean definitely saved our relationship with Porsche West Broward, without them we would take our business to Porsche Champion.

I Visited Porsche of West Broward to see the 2017 Macan 2.0 Litre suv. I was greeted by Nick Edwards and he offered me a test drive. I found Nick to be very personable and professional. He worked to help me find a solution to eliminating one of my lease cars . I enjoyed the experience and will certainly work with Nick in the future.
