Porsche West Broward

I recently purchased a pre-owned 911 from Porsche West Broward. I would have never been able to complete the transaction without the support from sales representative Alberto Acosta. The challenge had nothing to do with price of the Porsche or value of my trade-in. The challenge was that I live over 1600 miles from Porsche of West Broward. Alberto worked tirelessly on my behalf to first provide all the information I needed and then to represent my purchase sincerity to senior management. I needed a week from the time we were in agreement on terms until I could get to Davie. Alberto believed in me and guided me on what I needed to do up front to show management that they could trust me. I feel fairly certain that I would not have been able to purchase this wonderful car if it had not been for Alberto. He is a terrific sales representative and most of all, he is a fantastic person. Upon delivery I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Edwards. As a former development driver, Nick had lots of insights that he shared with me which have added to the enjoyment I have gotten from this magnificent car! Lastly, I met Juan Hinestrosa who explained the valuation of my trade as well as how well Alberto represented my purchase decision to him and the rest of senior management. I thank Juan as well.

Nick Edwards is knowledgeable and professional. He made the experience both educational and enjoyable for me. Really knows his stuff. He wasn't hurried and took a real interest in answering my questions.

Jean was exceptional to work with on my recent purchase of a new Porsche Cayenne. He not only has a ton of knowledge about the vehicles he also makes the process easy and fun through his great personality and professionalism! As we all know car buying can be both daunting and fatiguing but if you get a top notch sales person it can make the experience enjoyable and working with Jean does just that! When I walked in to that dealership on Sunday at 4:53 They were about to close But Alberto was nice enough to approach me and give his overtime which made me feel super special He took his time and gave me information and I did come back because of him ! That he took the extra step to help He is knowledgble , sweet , funny and most important not pushy which I love ?? His personality and his approach made me lease that car in that dealership !

Our sales consultant was Alberto Acosta, it was a pleasure working with him at all times, we never own a Porsche before and Alberto help us make our decision, in our first trip to the dealer we arrived @ 6:20pm on a Saturday when they close @ 6pm on that day and a manager told us that they were close , but Alberto that was there offer to stay after hours and answer all our questions, after being treated great by him we decided to arrange a test drive during the week in order to learn about the vehicle, after driving the vehicle Alberto said that he would look for the car that we wanted and call us to work on the numbers we wanted to be. One week after he found the vehicle he called us and we got our car, everything was great and will recommend him to any one that wants to have a incredible experience.

Alberto is a pleasure to work with, and everyone I encountered at this beautiful new dealership were friendly and helpful, from the maintenance guys cleaning up, (I was there late) to the sales and management team. The facility itself is amazing, reminds me of the Porsche museum in Stuttgart, it is worth a visit here just to see all the cars they have here on display.
