Came from another dealer were we felt as second class citizens but Sam made us feel at home. His knowledge of the product and non agressive style made it easy to come to a good dessicion to select the right model with the features to fit our budget. Tommy assisted me with a purchase of a Jeep Cherokee that was almost new (only 5000 miles) via the internet. We never met face to face but had numerous conversations on the phone and via email. He was prompt, helpful, and took be over the top with the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealer. I spent the last 6 years of my career helping develop a new hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN, and I was the one designated to create a new culture where the customer (patient) was at the center of all that we would do. A group of the leadership team went Disney and we studied Disney for a week learning all about their culture and how they view their customers (external and internal). What we created was a different hospital. Our product was similar to the other much bigger hospitals in town but we did what we could to make the patient and physician encounter with the hospital as hassle-free and efficient as possible. This made us different from the rest and our hospital exploded in growth. Patients and physicians wanted to come there because they were treated so nicely. Our outcomes were better than others and the patients were able to heal and head home faster. Everybody won and that was our goal. Tommy's product is cars but his service principles are very similar and I applaud him for this. Thanks to Sam Nelson for assisting with the purchase of my 1st 911. I flew in from Atlanta and decided to stop by Porsche of West Broward to take a look at their 911 inventory. Within 1 hr, I was the owner of a 911 4S that they had in inventory. Sam was very easy to work with and made the buying process very smooth.
