What a great salesman jean is. I think he deserves a raise.. this man made me feel so comfortable all the way through the end of the process..

I was impressed with the clean and immaculately kept facility from the moment I entered. Sales personnel, , Sam Nelson, was pleasant, upfront, courteous, and very patient with me from the beginning during price negotiation, trade in value determination, to finalizing the purchase. He followed up promptly with my questions few days later to offer additional assistance following the purchase. These are professional and service oriented people at West Broward Porsche.

I had the pleasure of working with Guy Frezin on a Porsche Panamera long distance from California. Jean was very responsive every time I called. Let me start by saying that this was my first experience buying a Porsche. I had always dreaded going into car dealerships due to my prior experiences with dealerships. This was not the case with Alex and Porsche of West Broward. I was introduced to Alex when I was still debating between purchasing a Porsche Macan or Jaguar F Pace. Alex was very knowledgeable from the get go and explained some of the differences while highlighting the benefits of the Porsche. For Alex, it is more than a 9-6 job. He goes above and beyond and often can be reached even after hours....he is truly passionate about Porsche and it shows. I am not the easiest customer....especially when it comes to a large purchase. I highly recommend Alex for superb knowledge, friendliness and above and beyond customer support!
