I'm very displeased. Won't fix issues Keeps my car without working on it Said they didn't loan out cars (which they always have). Then when I called upset, they said they just didn't have any loaners that would fit our families needs (we need a 6 seater) but are working on it. When we arrived their lot (like most) was more empty than usual, but had about 30 cars and only a few of them wouldn't work for us. Said they'd fill the loaner with fuel and it was less than what we gave them Said they topped off our fluids in our engine and I did it before we dropped it off, because I didn't know my wife set up an appointment I have now bought 2 new VW Atlas' from Murdock. The 1st was great, no issues. The 2nd makes me not want another VW again, or ever want to buy another vehicle from any Murdock Dealer (since they are the same owners). We paid extra for the extended warranty. The biggest and longest issue is my transmission. It's never driven like my old one or like the 7 loaners we've had over the years. There was a recall for the transmission, which we had fixed, it drives worse since "the fix". Each time we took our car in for a recall or oil change we'd tell them about the transmission. Each time they say there is no problem. I've had 2 loaners in the past 2 weeks. One has 12k miles the other has 22k miles, both drove smoother than mine which has 21k. It was noticeable enough that my 11 year old commented that the loaners drove more smoothly. We currently have the following issues. 1. Random check engine lights going on and off 2. Window's at times won't go up. Other days they won't go down. 3. Emergency Brake turns on while driving. 4. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS HARD. 5. We were told they topped off the fluids on our last service.

Adam was great and took care of all the details over the phone. Had the vehicle ready as we pulled up and got us squared away in record time.

Greg Nielsen is a class act. We have purchased three vehicles from him over the years. He is honest and upfront with us. Not a high pressure salesman at all. We appreciate his abilities, knowledge, and integrity.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Purchased a truck from them about two months ago, have literally only drove the truck two weeks in that time frame because they take the truck to work on “signed agreement things” and then they return it not done. They couldn’t even clean the inside of the truck when it was delivered to us, a total xxxx show with broken glass in the back seats. No one in this company communicates with each other about anything. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction, just about bringing in that paycheck. Will never purchase from Murdock again nor recommend to anyone! Buying this truck from Murdock has been the biggest headache of my families life!!
